Product Warranty

BluSnap comes with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defects include

1. Malfunctioning battery unit
2. Malfunctioning electronics (failure to charge the battery or failure to power the fan will be treated as malfunctioning electronics)
3. Fan failure

Please contact us if you experience one of the above issues. A free replacement unit will be provided subject to inspection of the received unit.
