The Trailblazer C50Pro Health Check is an initiative by BluArmor exclusively for our Trailblazers. It is a free health-of-device check. We think of it like a bike clinic or a car clinic, and feel it would be of value to our early adopters and will help you get the best out of your device


How It Works

Here's how simple it is to get your device checked:

1. Fill out the registration form

2. We'll allot you a batch - You'll know exactly when it's your turn.

3. Ship your device to us - Only when your batch is scheduled.

4. We run the health check - Our experts inspect, tune, and test your device.

5. We ship it back to you - Expect the entire process to take 4 weeks from the time we receive your device (pilot phase).

 


1. What exactly does the health check involve?

We will run a full device check-up along with preventive maintenance. If minor hardware fixes are required, we’ll take care of them.

2. Why are you doing this?

Because our Trailblazers mean the world to us! You believed in us before the first reviews were even out, and we want to make sure your experience with our products is exactly what we intended—smooth, reliable, and enjoyable. The Trailblazer Health Check is our way of giving your device a little preventive care so it stays in top shape for every ride ahead.

3. Do I have to take part in this program?

 

No, this is completely optional.

4. Will this change anything about my device’s features or settings?

 

No, your device features remain exactly the same after the health check.

5. How do I get my device checked?

For now, the program will be run centrally. You will need to ship your device to the BluArmor factory when we confirm your batch. Office visits and city clinics are not part of this program yet.

6. Who bears the shipping cost?

 

The devices will have to be shipped to us - we will provide you with a Rs. 250 BluArmor coupon to help cover this.

7. How long will I be without my device?

 This is the pilot phase and we expect a 4-week turnaround time for this. We plan to reduce the time to two weeks for the future batches

8. When is the program happening?

The program begins Sept. 16. Based on registrations, we will allocate batches and inform you when to ship your device.

 

9. What happens if my device has an issue?

If any problems are found during the check, we will fix them at no additional cost to you.

 

10. Will I get a detailed report after the check?

No, this is an overall health check program. We will ensure your device is fixed and tuned but won’t be sharing a detailed report or certificate.

 

11. I have multiple devices registered under my name. Can I send them all?

Yes, you can send multiple devices even if some are used by friends or family.
