PRE-ORDERS : What you should know before ordering
1. This is the last set of pre-orders for the C50 product family
2. Pre-orders are for end-customers only. Please do not participate in the pre-order if you are a dealer or distributor. No other restrictions on who can order.
3. Pre-orders are for end-customers with an early-adopter mindset
1. We expect the C50 family products to be in full production by the end of January (when they will be made available at dealerships and eCommerce market places)
2. We count on support and patience from our early adopters as we refine the product towards full production.
4. The pricing for the different products are
1. C50Pro: ₹18000 (MRP: ₹24999)
2. C50Plus: ₹14000 (MRP: ₹18999)
3. C50: ₹12000 (MRP: ₹15999)
5. Pre-orders will stay open until 11:59PM, 2nd January, 2025
6. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in batches
1. 1st batch will ship December 31, followed by a batch every Saturday
2. The number of batches will depend on the number of pre-orders we receive
3. Users will be notified of their likely and worst-case shipping dates within 3 days of placing their order. 1st shipping notification will be provided December 27th evening
7. Customers can cancel their pre-orders (and get a full refund) until their order is shipped
8. No restrictions on the number of units a customer can order
9. App and Firmware Status
1. The known firmware and app limitations are captured here. We expect to address these limitations through January
2. The iOS app is live on the App Store
3. Product specific UIs for C50Plus and C50 is expected in January. At present , all the products have the same UI
4. The Android app has been submitted to the Play Store for approval. Until we receive approval, we are providing an apk to Android users
10. Installation Guides and How-to Videos
1. A quick start guide with a QR code linked to installation videos is part of the box
2. Detailed feature videos (as a consolidated playlist) will be available by the end of January -- in the interim, we will make individual videos available on our YouTube channel
